Khau Gali is warehouse space in Clayton South filled with food trucks selling vegetarian Indian street food and desserts from 5pm every evening. The sounds this drawing are based on are of a trip there to sample chilli bhaji, a deep-fried battered chilli served with coconut chutney, onion and coriander.
